Back to Cala Grande and Punta Cacciarella.

Beyond the Punta Cala Grande the road overlooking the sea again offering breathtaking views on the island of Argentarola and the island of Giglio. Near Cala Moresca there are the ruins of another watchtower, the road goes halfway up the hill with splendid views of the coast that goes from Argentarola to Cala del Gesso and Cala del Bove. Pass Punta del Bove is reached Cala Piccola (or Cala Piatti) where, inside the Hotel Cala Piccola, there is another watchtower, the Tower of Cala Piatti. Here the road deviates inward, this portion of the road is dominated by the ruins of the Tower of Capo d'Uomo situated on a hill 358 meters high, in this stretch of road comes into view the island of Giannutri.

The itinerary continues to Punta Maddalena, Isola Rossa and Punta di Torre Ciana.
