PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients and work the dough, shake it repeatedly and pull fine with the machine and in a large frying pan with abundant oil, frying slightly the famous "Cenci".
Then lying them on absorbent paper, you can garnish the "Cenci" with honey previously melted or with the icing sugar (powdered sugar). The peculiarity of these "Cenci" is their friability and lightness as well as refined taste especially if accompanied by the taste of honey.
