RICE WITH MUSHROOMS (Riso con i Funghi)

INGREDIENTS (4 servings):

350 grams of rice

50 grams of butter

1 clove of garlic

1 onion

1 sachet of cream

200 grams of mixed frozen mushrooms

Parsley

Meat broth

White wine

Salt and pepper

PREPARATION:

Take a casserole, put 50 grams of butter, fry slightly 1 onion and 1 clove of finely chopped garlic.

Place mushrooms still frozen cut into pieces, a handful of parsley, salt, pepper and a dash of white wine doing all season. Once evaporated, put the rice, stirring well and continue cooking by adding the warm meat broth. Before serving, mix with 2 or 3 tea-spoon of cream.
