To reach Casa Landi, coming from south and from north along the A1, exit at Firenze-Certosa, from Firenze-Certosa follow the sign to Siena (Raccordo Autostradale Firenze-Siena, Siena 4 corsie), follow this road untill you reach the exit San Donato (20 km from Certosa), turn to the left along the Strada Provinciale di San Donato (road SP101-SP76a) to San Donato in Poggio and Castellina in Chianti direction (another 13 km to Castellina in Chianti), a few hundred metres before to reach Castellina in Chianti you will see the sign to San Martino, turn on the left and follow the untarred road for 300 metres.
