By Car: To get to Monteriggioni, coming from Florence, take the highway Florence-Siena (Florence-Certosa exit of the A1) towards Siena and continue on this road until you find the exit Monteriggioni.
From South: Take the A1 highway towards Florence, exit at Val di Chiana and continue to Siena on SS 326 Siena - Bettolle, take the highway Florence-Siena towards Florence, continue until the exit for Monteriggioni.

By Bus: Monteriggioni is regularly served by daily buses of the SITA bus and Train that connect to Florence, Siena and Poggibonsi.
By Train: There is a station of Castellina in Chianti-Monteriggioni (Castellina Scalo) along the line Empoli-Siena, about 4 km from the village of Monteriggioni. The nearest station, and better served, however, are those of Poggibonsi and Siena, always on the line Empoli-Siena, a distance of respectively 19 and 14 km.
